Dear friends, our goal is to make every guest an integral part of the ECLIPSE® Family, so we kindly invite you to familiarize yourself with our Rules!
We do our utmost to ensure a comfortable atmosphere for our guests. For this purpose, and in the interest of safety, we kindly ask that you comply with the «ECLIPSE® Rules».
ECLIPSE® is a private establishment. The Rules we have set are developed in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine and cannot be contested by guests.
By entering the premises of the ECLIPSE® hookah bar, you agree to our terms and accept all the Rules we have established.
We guarantee a pleasant and safe experience for our guests, provided the following Rules are observed:
1. Opening Hours: The ECLIPSE® hookah bar operates from 12:00 to 22:30 (according to the Law of Ukraine «On Consumer Rights Protection»; Labor Code of Ukraine, Articles 66–68 — regulation of working hours for staff).
2. Video Surveillance: 24/7 video surveillance is conducted on the premises. In case of a conflict, the administration reserves the right to use video footage (Law of Ukraine «On Personal Data Protection»; Law of Ukraine «On Information», Article 21 — the right to privacy; Constitution of Ukraine, Article 32 — protection of private life).
3. Age Restrictions: Individuals under the age of 18 are not allowed on the premises. Upon request, you must present a valid ID. Failure to do so will result in denial of entry (Law of Ukraine «On Measures to Prevent and Reduce Tobacco Use and Its Harm to Public Health»; Law of Ukraine «On Child Protection»; Civil Code of Ukraine, Article 32 — partial legal capacity for minors aged 14–18).
4. Entry Restrictions: Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or those displaying aggressive behavior toward staff or guests, will not be allowed entry. The administration reserves the right to deny entry to individuals wearing dirty, overly unkempt, or indecent clothing (Law of Ukraine «On Consumer Rights Protection», Article 10 — refusal of service in case of violations; Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses, Article 178 — appearance in public while intoxicated).
5. Prohibited Items: Entry with animals is not allowed. It is forbidden to bring food, beverages, alcohol, psychotropic or narcotic substances, weapons, explosives, or any other prohibited items under Ukrainian law onto the premises (Law of Ukraine «On Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances, and Precursors»; Law of Ukraine «On Civilian Weapons Circulation»; Commercial Code of Ukraine, Article 66 — right of establishments to set internal policies).
6. Smoking Policy: Smoking cigarettes, cigars, vapes, and electronic cigarettes (IQOS, GLO, etc.) is strictly prohibited inside the ECLIPSE® premises (Law of Ukraine No. 1978-IX «On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on Protecting Public Health from the Harmful Effects of Tobacco»; Law of Ukraine «On Measures to Prevent Tobacco Use…»).
7. Reservation Policy: Guests are expected to arrive within 15 minutes of their reserved time agreed upon with the administrator (Commercial Code of Ukraine, Article 179 — freedom of contract; Law of Ukraine «On Consumer Rights Protection» — regulation of service conditions).
8. Hookah Policy & Play Rooms: Ordering a hookah is mandatory when visiting the ECLIPSE® hookah bar. Also, the «1 hookah per 3 guests» rule applies. Exceptions include the bar area, where hookah smoking is optional.
PLAY ROOMS are charged according to the menu price, regardless of whether the guest uses the console/TV or not. Billing starts from the moment the menu is presented by the server; an additional hour is charged starting from the 10th minute of the next hour (Law of Ukraine «On Consumer Rights Protection» — price and service information; Tax Code of Ukraine — regulation of fiscal operations).
9. Liability Disclaimer: ECLIPSE® is not liable for property damage or health issues caused by third parties. The establishment is also not responsible for any health consequences experienced by individuals with medical contraindications for alcohol consumption or hookah smoking. Guests are expected to make informed, conscious decisions (Civil Code of Ukraine, Article 1172 — liability for harm caused by third parties; Law of Ukraine «On the Fundamentals of Ukrainian Health Legislation», Article 39 — patient’s right to autonomous decision-making).
10. Personal Belongings: ECLIPSE® does not accept liability for lost or stolen personal belongings or money on the premises (Civil Code of Ukraine, Article 950 — liability for the safekeeping of items; Commercial Code of Ukraine, Article 66 — institution's policy autonomy).
11. Behavior Expectations: Guests must respect public order — maintain polite behavior, treat other guests and staff with courtesy, avoid shouting, aggression, and foul language. Any actions threatening the comfort or safety of others are grounds for intervention. The administration reserves the right to call law enforcement in case of conflict (Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses: Article 173 — minor hooliganism, Article 178 — public intoxication; Law of Ukraine «On the National Police», Article 23 — police intervention in public order violations).
12. Property Damage: All property on the premises is private and provided for temporary use. Theft or damage of property is unlawful and may lead to civil, administrative, or criminal liability. Guests must compensate for any damages caused. The compensation amount is determined by the administration based on the extent of damage. The establishment is not obliged to provide documentation proving the purchase of damaged items (Civil Code of Ukraine, Article 22.1 — damage compensation; Criminal Code of Ukraine, Articles 185–194 — theft and intentional property damage; Administrative responsibility — in minor damage cases).
13. Gambling Prohibition: Gambling for monetary rewards is strictly prohibited on the premises (Law of Ukraine «On State Regulation of Gambling Activities» No. 768-IX; Criminal Code of Ukraine, Article 203-2 — illegal gambling).
Failure to comply with the «ECLIPSE® Rules» may result in denial of service. The administration also reserves the right to refuse entry without explanation.
Our mission is to develop responsible hookah culture in Ukraine. This is not a promotion of unhealthy habits. We respect Ukrainian law and urge our guests to do the same.
